Welcome to Bully & Kiddo's  Homepage.

I've started this website because a lot of our family and friends have asked me and Laura to send photographs etc back to the United Kingdom to see where we live and what's going on since we started our new lives in the USA back in August 2001. As you can imagine it would be very expensive to make copy's of photographs as well as mailing them back to the United Kingdom. So I came up with the idea of posting pictures, news and events on a website that I think you all might be interested in back home. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions to improve the site then email us and let us know.

A Brief History.

 As most of you know me and Laura first met in a internet chat room in January 1999. It became quite clear that we had a lot in common even though we lived 4000 miles apart. In February 1999 I flew from the UK to the USA to meet her. It was love at first sight, we spent a short week with each other then I had to return back to the UK. On returning back to the UK it was obvious that we couldn't live without each other, Laura had made plans to visit me in the UK in June 1999. It was the longest four months of my life, but eventually it came around and we were together again even if it was only for another ten days. A week after she left the UK to return home I couldn't be without her, I booked another flight to the USA for the following week and spent another 2 weeks together, At this point we realized we couldn't keep going on like this, it was costing us a fortune crossing the Atlantic every five minutes. So after talking it over we decided Laura would move to the UK where we would get married.
So In August 1999 Laura arrived at Heathrow airport ready for her new life in the UK. We bought a new house in Leicester UK and moved in and started turning a house into a home. We had to start making plans to get married quickly so Laura could file her paperwork with the UK immigration department to become a permanent resident within the UK. After a lot of problems with paperwork etc we finally got married at the Leicester Register Office June 9th 2000 and Laura  was soon given permanent residence in the UK. This meant she could remain in the country and find herself a job.
Soon after we had got married Laura found herself a job and we settled down to a normal life together. In August 2000 we flew to the USA to visit Laura's family where we got married again so that family and friends could share our happiness as they couldn't make the wedding in the UK.
In around March 2001 we started talking about moving back to the USA as Laura started to feel a little homesick, so we started the whole immigration process for me to become a permanent resident in the USA. It was a lot harder than we thought it would be but eventually I got my visa and we returned to the USA in August 2001 to start all over again.
We would like to thank all our family and friends that gave us all there love and support to help us achieve our goal, Without you all it would have been a lot harder.
